Shipping Methods

We ship all orders in Finland by Finnish Post home delivery. Letter-size shipments will be shipped straight to your mailbox. For larger shipments, Posti will call you to arrange the delivery time that suits you. The delivery time in larger cities is by 21:00 (weekdays), in other areas by 14:00 or 17:00 (weekdays)

Returns

We believe you will be satisfied with your order - our products are high quality and we try to be honest and open with our product descriptions. If, for some reason, you are not happy with the product, you can return it for free in 14 days from receiving the order. The returned product has to be in original condition and not used.

Returns in Finland

  1. Please send notify us about the return by email info@punainennorsu.com.
  2. Please pack the items in the original packaging, just like it was when you received the order.
  3. Take the package to nearest post office and tell the guys that this is "Punainen Norsu Customer Return", and they'll handle the rest. If the package fits in the Finnish Post's mailbox, you can drop the package directly there with the following text on top:

    Customer return is free of charge.
  4. You will be refunded once we have received and inspected the return. The refund is made to your credit card of bank account, depending how you paid the order.

Please contact our customer service at info@punainennorsu.com, and we'll take it from there.

What if Something went Wrong?

Damaged product

If the product is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damaged product and send the images and additional info to our customer service at info@punainennorsu.com. In this way we are able to make the reclamation on your behalf faster. Please keep the damaged packaging. We will replace the damaged item.

Wrong or defective product

We are human people, and sometimes we make mistakes. If we send you the wrong or defective product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We'll replace the product right away.
